IC Analog Design Engineer (Graduate)

An Analog Design Engineer to join our team working across Europe.  The successful candidate will join an established engineering team.  The team is responsible for design and development of a diverse range of world beating ultra-fast or high precision ADC and DACs, using sampling rates in the mm wave band and advanced FinFET nodes. The team is now turning its attention to the opportunities in the 5G and wireless comms space.

You will have access to cutting edge submicron CMOS process technologies, using analog IP development in, for example, 7nm FinFET.

Ideally you will have recently graduated (or equivalent) with either a Master or PhD in a relevant subject.  An aptitude and interest are most desirable, although any high speed or converter design experience would be useful.  If you can demonstrate an ability to learn and enthusiasm for the challenge, come and show us.

Your Tasks:

We would consider candidates with up to 4 years’ experience in Analog IC Design, ideally with high speed design. With this experience you will show:

  • Capability to design complex high speed circuits
  • Design and/or technical co-ordination of high performance Analog IC macros/products
  • Confidence when interacting with internal and external customers

Your Profile:

  • Qualified to at least degree level in Electronics or related disciplines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a leading edge environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Team player

Candidates that are more experienced should have in addition:

  • Design experience with deep submicron CMOS and/or FinFET – low noise and/or high frequency circuits, A/D or D/A converters or high speed interfaces
